Your Construction Site Must Stay Clean From Water
August 27, 2011 by Greg Black
Every construction project has to take into account the effect of weather to the property. The pooling of rainwater on top of the property during rainstorms is one of the important conditions that builders address during construction of a property. Effective stormwater management is a key feature in modern properties and over the years, engineers have devised plenty of methods and products that simply solves this problem.
Most property developers manage the rainwater runoff by building underground vaults on open areas of the property. Like parking lots, parks, playgrounds, etc. Instead of rainwater pooling in the surface, the water flows through drains into these water vaults and prevents flooding throughout the development site. This gives value to the property especially to areas that rainstorms are the norm.
